Composite Liner Panels
 
Embossed Liner panel Kemlite ArmorTuf is a lightweight ultra-high-impact resistant composite panel made with woven fiberglass reinforcement and specially formulated polyester resin. The product out-performs reinforced thermoplastic products and standard chopped glass thermoset products throughout a wide range of performance tests. The ArmorTuf surface contains LumaShield surface film, the unique protective finish that is standard on all Kemlite transportation products.
- Lighter weight to allow for increased payload

- Woven glass provides a strong panel that is resistant to forklift and pallet damage
- LumaSheild surface film provides a very cleanable and stain resistant surface
- Low vapor transmission provides excellent barrier against water vapor penetration and foam out-gassing

- Nominal Thickness: 0.06", 0.07", and 0.085"
- Nominal Weight: 0.44 lb/ft², 0.46 lb/ft², and 0.59 lb/ft²
- Wear Finish: Embossed
- Size: The interlapped pieces can be up to 700' for 0.06" and 0.07"; up to 500' for 0.085"
- Colors: White (85) (Actual sample color and pattern may vary on screen or print out. Obtain a sample to ensure a proper color match by requesting more information. )
