Over 55 Years of Dedicated Quality and Service

During our years as Kemlite, we grew steadily, acquiring the Filon manufacturing facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas, in 1993 and Sequentia, Inc. in Grand Junction, Tennessee, a manufacturer of FRP for the Building Products industry, in 1998. In 2001, we extended our manufacturing operations to the United Kingdom by acquiring Lampro, Britain's leading FRP manufacturer. In 2002, we acquired another FRP manufacturer, Lasco Composites LP in Florence, Kentucky, and Qualis, a film embossing company. Our presence in the Recreational Vehicle market was extended through the acquisitions in Goshen, Indiana of Noble Composites in 2006 and the composite panel business and research and development center of Owens Corning in 2007, a portion of the Fabwel business unit; and by establishing an RV warehouse service center.

Due to the economic downturn in 2008, the Grand Junction facility was closed and operations consolidated into the Florence facility. In 2012, the Alton operations closed production due to the continuing decline in demand in Europe.
