 Kemlite Translucent Roof Panels are manufactured with coarse, stiff fiberglass rovings and thermoset polyester resin that offer enhanced tear and puncture resistance when compared to fine or woven glass.
Translucent panels, such as Kemlite ETR (Enhanced Tear Resistance) feature a uniquely engineered cross-weave fabric - the most advanced design on the market today. ETR resists tear propagation far better than any other translucent roof product, and provides the strongest protection available in a fiberglass roof panel.
- Resin does not saturate the engineered crossweave fabric, thereby maintaining the elasticity necessary to withstand out-of-plane stresses
- Lighter than aluminum, allowing increased payload and backhaul flexibility
- Increases visibility inside the trailer, increasing safety, and reducing damage that can occur during loading and unloading

 Kemlite ETR (ETR)
Kemlite enhanced tear resistance translucent roof panels improve visibility without sacrificing strength. The backside engineered fabric adds significant tear resistance to an already strong roof panel. Kemlite Translucent roof panels are available in several light transmissions including 1%, 10%, and 30%.
TransTuff Translucent Roof Panel (TRW)
TransTuf panels are an acrylic modified and UV stabilized for resistance to weather and chemicals. The TransTuff translucent fiberglass roof panel is specifically designed and formulated for use as a translucent roof in truck bodies and for aftermarket repair. It is an all woven translucent roof with formulated 10% high transmission for truck body use.
