Return Goods Authorization (RGA)

Merchandise to be returned to Crane Composites must have a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA#), which will be good for 30 days from the time of issuance. Without this number, the shipment will be refused.

Receiving an RGA# does not imply acceptance and/or payment of credit; it is only permission to return material to Crane Composites for evaluation. If a credit memo is issued, it will be only after the inspection is complete.

Please contact your Crane Composites VOC Analyst for shipping arrangements to return material. Remember to always clearly mark the RGA number on the outside of each returned item.

When a return is justified, no restocking fee will be assessed/imposed. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please have the above information available when requesting an RGA#. An RGA can be requested three ways, call the VOC Department at 1.800.435.0080, fax a copy of your Crane Composites invoice to 1.815.467.8916 Attn: VOC Department, or complete the form below.
